Since more than a week I tried to get an answer from Mrs. Maria Vamvouka from Vodafone. She should care about problems the customers have. I've been feeling ripped off for a long time because our internet only has a downloadspeed between 6-8 Mbps and a uploadspeed of 0,8 Mbps. When I made the contract with Vodafone they told us up to 24 Mbps. When I go to Vodafone in Ierapetra, Crete they say this is normal. I would like you to write me exactly what I can expect from Vodafone and which speed we should get. But I never get any answer. Vodafone does not care about the customer. they just want to sell.
