I have just discovered that I can no longer pay to send an individual SMS. It is the cost of the 300 SMS bundle or an extortionate cost for a 24 hour option. This is the final straw. Vodafone Greece has removed all freedom of choice for 'pay as you go' customers. It is disgusting. I feel forced to change providers.
The worst ever experience ever. The have advertisement in the website for 3 months 500GB data only SIM card for 44.90 euro. Nobody either from the physical store or in the internet knows anything about this package.
I wouldn't give one star. We've been two weeks (Drapetsona) without house WiFi and landlines. First engineer told me he would work outside as the problem there. Then said on his log nobody answered when I actually spoke to him on the intercom! They did nothing. The problem is outside and they've know this for over a week. This is the 3rd engineer they sent today who said problem was outside and will put in for the work. How stupid. They already know the problem is outside and affects other flats. Absolutely useless.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. It is completely compartmentalised, so it's impossible to communicate properly with someone who knows all your account information and the latest updates. The technical department is a joke. They cancel appointments without notice and it is impossible to schedule a new one. They also lied about how long it would take to create a new connection. The clerk at the store told us that setting up a new connection would take about two weeks, but it took nearly two months.
