Do not accept anything they offer you 'for free' or 'included'. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU. Even if you dont want what they are offering they say that you have to take it. Eventually they will be taking your money. This is a true story, it happened to me that my contract 'included' a phone and a watch. I said I did not want it. They said I had to take it because it was part of my contract and that I didn't have to worry about anything. Months later they are charging 40 Euros extra for this...I am in Italy, but I dont speak italian. To fix this is impossible. They took my money and I consider Vodafone Scam Artists.
