DO NOT GO TO VODAFONE. One of the worse custumer servie I have ver recieved. They do not help you, they donot speak anything but Italian. They make you feel dumb and client service is non exsitent like their capabilities of sling any issue. I have been a vodafone client since day 1, however in Italy this is the most garbage service I have ever used, the product-value is great, but the service is uterly garbage. I DON NOT RECOMMEND. I had 2 mobile phones, 1 wifi, when I cancelled the contract they obly cancelled 1 phone number??? they left he wifi and one phone number remaining, later on I recieved a fine from undue payments for this wifi and phone number. They refused to help, they couldnt do anything about it, I had to pay at the end. It was their mistake. I speak a bit of italian and they use this as an advantage, garbage service. Please save your time, if you staying in italy for a while and getting a contract with vodafone dont do it.
