Don't go to Vodafone expecting to engage with a reputable company that will help resolve issues. Their storefronts are totally useless - they claim not to even be Vodafone! Despite the branding plastered all over everything. Was told to resolve my issue by going back to the same franchise I purchased at - just a very convenient location known as the AIRPORT.Useless. Not a company, just a ponzi scheme shilling sim cards.
