I purchased a plan with international calling, but every time I try to make a call, it says I have no credit. I've visited the store over five times and called customer service at least 30 times, but no one has been able to help me. During my last call, I was told it's impossible to speak to a supervisor or receive a credit. They are doing nothing to resolve this issue, which is incredibly frustrating. It's better to switch to another company—definitely not Lyca.
