I've never faced anything like this before. I ordered an unlimited SIM card on 27 October 2025, expecting it within two days. On Wednesday, I called to inquire about the dispatch email, and the same happened on Thursday and Friday. By Monday, I was informed that there had been an error with my order and it had to be re-entered. Now, they wanted to charge me an extra £1.50 per month for the same order. They refused to acknowledge that the error was their fault. I will not accept this order and will purchase my SIM card from another provider.
