The worst company I've ever seen. Unprofessional, dishonest, and very indifferent towards customers. Including other companies. I made an order on 22 and it's stll not completed.
I experienced difficulties with data roaming for several days while abroad, despite having EU data and all necessary settings in place. I contacted the support team multiple times for assistance. After reviewing my settings over the phone, they suggested visiting a local store to recheck my phone settings, claiming everything seemed fine on their end and that no further help could be provided. They recommended purchasing an additional prepaid card for my trip, stating that the issue could not be resolved while I was overseas. When I inquired about an APN issue, as it seemed odd that my phone connected to a non-Vodafone option, I was told this could not be changed. Ultimately, I used an online troubleshooting tool and discovered that switching the APN to one of the Vodafone options resolved the issue. Their customer service was lacking; they essentially directed me to buy something instead of providing the service they were meant to deliver.

I've never had a more frustrating experience with any company. I initiated a phone plan, but the signal quality was abysmal. I attempted to cancel it after one week, which was the trial period stated in their contract. I called numerous times and visited several stores, but everyone seemed clueless. It took me days to finally cancel the contract. During this time, they lost my phone number and trapped me in endless bureaucracy, which was exasperating. I later received two bills totaling €180 for ending the contract, despite it being the trial period. Additionally, they don’t allow email or chat communication; the only options are calling or visiting their shops. However, the call center staff doesn’t have knowledge of what happens in the shops, or vice versa. It's a complete waste of time and money. This is the worst phone company I've ever dealt with. Even now, more than a month later, a seemingly simple issue remains unresolved. UPDATE: I received an apology from the company asking me to contact customer service via their contact page. If only that worked! There’s no chat, email, or message option available, just phone calls or in-person visits, where the staff consistently seems uninformed and provides misleading information. Their chat function has been inactive for weeks. This is truly shameful. I feel sorry for their employees and their colleagues who seem to be lost, and mostly for their clients who don’t deserve such poor service.
This company is a complete disaster. With a household net income between 8-12k per month and no negative records, all bills paid promptly, their credit department still rejected my smartwatch subscription, stating I could only proceed if I paid for the device in full. Why am I being treated differently? They offer a watch subscription paired with the phone plan to others, yet for some unknown reason, I have to pay upfront. The credit department staff are incredibly rude, lacking any customer service training, providing no explanations, only rejections, despite me supplying additional documentation proving my ability to pay €27 per month on top of my existing plan. Their mobile data service is also terrible; I rarely have an internet connection while others enjoy near 5G speeds. Choose another provider; this company seems to have disdain for its customers. This has been the worst experience of my life.
I've encountered the worst customer service imaginable. I’ve been without network access for about 10 days now. They opened a support ticket but I received no updates. When I followed up, they claimed it was a malfunction and closed the ticket. Yes, it’s a malfunction; my phone isn’t working! The representative ended the conversation abruptly, and subsequent attempts to reach them were met with similar responses. One even suggested I buy an eSim in the country I’m in. This is ridiculous! My issue remains unresolved!
The customer service and overall system are extremely poor! I attempted to change my contract five times, and each time they claimed it was updated, yet it never was. I consistently pay much more than the subscription cost. When I finally decided to cancel my subscription, I had to do it through an online form because reaching a customer service agent by phone is impossible. Yet, I still received bills for the following months! Now, I’m completely lost, unable to contact them by phone, and I can’t log into my account since I didn’t know I had to pay for the months after cancellation. This entire situation is a mess, and I’ve lost so much energy and health dealing with them. Truly the worst experience ever; I will never engage with this company again.
I've never faced anything like this before. I ordered an unlimited SIM card on 27 October 2025, expecting it within two days. On Wednesday, I called to inquire about the dispatch email, and the same happened on Thursday and Friday. By Monday, I was informed that there had been an error with my order and it had to be re-entered. Now, they wanted to charge me an extra £1.50 per month for the same order. They refused to acknowledge that the error was their fault. I will not accept this order and will purchase my SIM card from another provider.
After sending my device for repair twice (in July and August 2025), all attempts have failed. Due to a complete lack of trust, I have formally rejected their final offer for further repair or replacement with the same model. My final demand includes: an upgrade and replacement of the defective device with a brand new model currently available in their offers, and comprehensive financial compensation covering all monthly payments made since the contract began, along with compensation for all wasted time, stress, and 'Loss of Use' during this period.
Terrible operator! I explained that I needed a SIM card that would function well throughout Europe, and they sold me one with that assurance. What a scam! They failed to deliver the promised service. The SIM card ceased functioning as soon as we left the Netherlands, rendering the €40 I spent completely wasted! Avoid this! Additionally, contacting support has been a nightmare; they simply ignore inquiries, provide no solutions, and are rude! I will never deal with this company again in the Netherlands!
