I am a long term account holder with vodien, they brought out my previous provider. On numerous occasions over the years they lock your disable account when your credit card goes out of date, which being a long term customer is going to happen. No call just emails that as they send a hundreds of emails about sales & they all just get lost in my junk box, Once your locked out trying to get help is a task beyond thier technology or service.They don't answer the phone, instead send you to chat lines & when you email them they refer you to a closed case # & do not respond, We have a number of domains which once I get back on line I will see if can take my business elsewhere. They had gone from a great operation, to a no service IT online only help & they are really useless these days.
