Im facing super slow loading since 20 days ago. i started to chat with Mr Eric who is very helpful and patient. The followed by another round with Mr Jeremiah on the same day (5th June) as it got worst. The website then went off this 12am and i seek help from Ms Wendyl. and Now Mr Eric again (unsure if he is the same good Eric). Although the solution can only be close by the advance support team, these four awesome had given good emotional support and did their level best to help resolve the matter. They truely made me as a small biz owner and user feel valued. True kind Angels. God Bless
