After trying to use this platform for six months, I found it has so many bugs that Vodien can not fix. They have white labeled the platform and so support is by a third party. When requesting support I was directed to their supplier and told to quote their own account number with the third party supplier. After more than 20 requests for support due to the many software bugs I asked Vodien to test the platform for a user experience once they were told by their supplier it was fixed. Their response was to close the support ticket. So I have asked for a full refund.
