I've noticed a significant drop in the responsiveness and quality of support from Vodien's VPS team. Tickets are either replied to very slowly, or not at all, which is frustrating—especially when urgent issues are involved. I used to appreciate the reliable service, but lately, the support experience has become sloppy and unresponsive.I hope Vodien can look into this seriously and work on improving their customer support standards.Edited 18 Nov 2025:Our website has been down for about two hours, and we discovered that the hosting server is unresponsive. I contacted customer support immediately when the issue started, but it still hasn’t been resolved. I tried calling again to follow up, and I’ve been stuck in the call queue for around 20 minutes.
