To be frank, they are not really giving any proper solution to any issues. First they talk in chat / call as if the problem in our side. When we prove them that they are wrong, they will tell our back-end team will fix. But what they actually do is just reset all the settings. When the same issue happen again, their sequence of action will never change. If your business really working based on emails / website, I strongly recommend to not to use Vodien.
