Horrible provider. They charged us 200% (5,244 SGD for a simple VPS server per year) of market rates, then decided to just outsource the VPS hosting to Hostopia in Australia and when there were issues (about once a month), they would always say that we don't have any products with them and we have to contact Hostopia. Their online chat guys and girls just keep circling around in the same loops, which never resolved the systematic problems. Save yourself the stress and money, do not go with them. Ever.
