I spoke with Jan this morning regarding the transfer of the A records for my domain to a new IP address. She informed me that the transfer would take approximately 2 hours. However, after waiting for over 2 hours, the transfer was still not completed. When I reached out to Vodien for further assistance, I was informed that our DNS is actually under Singnet.It seems there was a misunderstanding earlier, as Jan incorrectly provided this information. As a result, more than 2 hours were wasted this morning due to this confusion. I would appreciate it if your customer service team could be more careful and accurate in providing information to avoid such issues in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
