I'm writing this Vodien review again because I've wasted a significant amount of time trying to renew my cPanel Tier 5 license. Every month, I contact Vodien, and they give me different instructions that don't resolve the issue. It's simply a cPanel Tier 5 renewal, yet Vodien seems incapable of handling it. Ironically, they have no problem charging my credit card for the renewal every month.Here's my ticket ID, please fix this asap.
