Absolutely appalling customer service and hosting in general. Slow, constant downtime and 0 security. Constantly hacked. Was in the middle of a conversation and the customer service agent closes off the chat like they didn't want to deal with the fact they moved the client's server without notice and get everything all messed up. TERRIBLE. AVOID. ALSO it's a RIP OFF in terms of PRICING!
