Lost of email access for 1 month after transfer Domain from Godaddy to Vodien - completely lack of service and competency from Vodien. We have written in, called in, requested for call backs. We have been put on hold when we call in, sometimes with no responses for an hour over the last month.This afternoon 2pm, Arnel (Case ID: I-8455208) responded and checked thru our records and confirmed everyting was in order and our email will be back up in 2 to 4 hours.It's been 6 hours now. The email service is still unavailable. Bear in mind this is already the 20++ calls over 3 to 4 weeks.We called again at 6pm and Jamson (Case ID: I-8457853) responded to the call. He was really poor at listening and at one point proceed to tell me there are no records of our call in the afternoon. Upon my pressing, he checked again and miraculously came back with a case number in which he would have been able to understand better before telling me that the problem was "caused by us inputting wrong records in our accounts". He now claims our email service will definitely be rectified in the next 24 hours.It has been close to a month. Once these are settled, we will transfer all 3 Domains back to Godaddy again. DO NOT USE VODIEN. Their tech team, if they even respond to service calls and emails, are incompetent and non responsive.
