Since Vodien took over Quadra hosting. Nothing but grief. Site migration of emails etc is appalling. Then their dashboard lost my main URL and I wasted a day grieving over its loss only to have it pop back up in dashboard when I complained. Then they told me my hosting plan had not renewed because of cc issue (so used the opportunity to try and up sell me to a 30% dearer plan) this, despite the fact another URL had auto-renewed using the same cc.Then when I asked them to match pricing for first year at same as old plan, they refused despite my telling them I had been a quadra customer for over 13 years. Awful experience
