I am one of the many victims of Vodien Australia's takeover of Quadra Hosting in Australia. Their technical support hosting is bottom of the barrel - the consultants are all call centre people with inadequate technical skills - and do not answer any questions- no matter how many times they are posed. They do not call back and do not keep their promises. Their migration of user accounts is a complete mess and they are not supporting clients on the other end.There primary focus is making money and they do not care for the customer. They sell themselves as a boutique hosting company but are part of crazydomains and are just another huge corporate.We are stuck with them as part of the migration from Quadra to Vodien- I cannot find any reason to recommend them- stay away from them
