Everything shifted when they prioritized sales over stability. I was coerced and pressured by their sales team into 'upgrading' to a Managed VPS back then. It was the single worst business decision I’ve ever made. For the last 6 months, my server has crashed or gone offline for 4 to 8 hours at a time—at least 8 separate times.

Zero Accountability: They shortened their call-in hours specifically to dodge the flood of complaints about their failing servers.
The 'Loyalty' Tax: I am currently trapped. I paid upfront until April 2027 because I had faith in them, and now I am stuck watching my business suffer while they sit on my money.
Non-Existent Support: In today’s world, their service level is a joke. You aren't a client to them; you are a hostage.
