Review Time
I made an impulsive purchase after reading what I now realize were fake reviews. The website appears UK-based, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I tried to cancel my order, but they claimed it was already in transit. I initiated a chargeback with my bank and thankfully received a refund. Now they’re insisting the product was delivered, but I never received anything. They want me to return it at my own cost, which is part of their scam to make it difficult to return items. Don’t be deceived—this company is not trustworthy!
I ordered an item for Christmas from a site that seemed UK-based, but nothing mentioned that it would ship from overseas. I was misled by fake reviews and thought I was getting a quality product. I tried to cancel my order immediately upon realizing it would be coming from abroad, but they refused. The item didn’t arrive before Christmas, and when it eventually did, I found nothing at my door. Now they are trying to blame the delivery service. This is a nightmare—AVOID them at all costs!
I ordered a voeflow product and paid for it. After a week I sent them an email and got no response. I sent a 2nd email and didn't get any response. I then sent the reviewer of the product an email and it is a false email. I contacted the credit card company and did a recall of the transaction! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!
Fraud purchased the product and just after that cancelled the order due to bad opinion. They refused to cancel the order after that they claimed 15% fee after the delivery was refused. After that they claimed to sent back cash but didn’t’ provide proof of transaction and just told me I can check it with my bank. Simply scam.
