Frustrating Customer Service Experience

Customer service is frustrating. Why even have it if there's no response? I inquired about bracelet repair back in November 2025 and have yet to receive an answer. After sending multiple messages on social media, the so-called support team finally reached out asking about the issue. I responded by referring them to my previous three emails, but they replied saying they couldn't access them.

Unfortunately, I received the wrong ring size for Christmas

Unfortunately, I received a ring for Christmas. I ordered size 8 but got size 4 instead. I visited two stores mentioned for returns, but both refused to accept it. I called multiple times and left messages without any response. I also sent three emails to the headquarters, but they haven't replied. Be cautious, customer support is lacking. I love this jewelry and own several pieces, but this experience has made me reconsider future purchases.

Received the wrong ring size

Avoid placing an order

I bought an expensive necklace in July, and by November, the main gem had fallen out. The customer care team has been unhelpful; despite providing all necessary information and receipts, they keep asking for the same details, indicating an automated response system. They promised to replace the necklace at no cost, but I have received no further communication for three weeks. Avoid ordering.

Seems like a scam

I ordered a product online, paid for it, and received a tracking number. Four days later, it was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I tried contacting customer support through various channels but received minimal help. They initially responded, stating they would investigate, but then went silent for several days. They do not answer calls and are unresponsive on other platforms. The jewelry is beautiful, but this experience makes me feel like the company is not trustworthy.

Nervous experience with tracking

I have bought items from a local jewelry shop over the last two years and have been happy; however, the lack of detailed responses regarding tracking has been unsettling (e.g., no tracking number, frustrating automated chat). After much patience, delivery finally arrived about four weeks later. It was a stressful experience.

Disappointing quality of the bracelet

I bought a bracelet that fell apart after just one wear, literally the day after I bought it. I emailed the company four times and called several times, but received no response. This is the worst experience I've had with a jewelry company; I was planning to make more purchases.
