Customer service is frustrating. Why even have it if there's no response? I inquired about bracelet repair back in November 2025 and have yet to receive an answer. After sending multiple messages on social media, the so-called support team finally reached out asking about the issue. I responded by referring them to my previous three emails, but they replied saying they couldn't access them.
Unfortunately, I received a ring for Christmas. I ordered size 8 but got size 4 instead. I visited two stores mentioned for returns, but both refused to accept it. I called multiple times and left messages without any response. I also sent three emails to the headquarters, but they haven't replied. Be cautious, customer support is lacking. I love this jewelry and own several pieces, but this experience has made me reconsider future purchases.
