I purchased the Vogel's motion stand, which ceased functioning after the two-year warranty. It’s a pricey item (around £800 in the UK). When I contacted customer care, I was informed that it was a sealed unit and could not be repaired, and unfortunately, it was out of warranty. After considerable back and forth, I’m pleased to report that the company ultimately replaced the item, which I greatly appreciate.
