Order accepted, but missing essential parts

The order was accepted, but the TV fixing kit is currently unavailable. The stand arrived a few days ago, and while we’ve purchased stands from this company before and found them to be of high quality, the new designs don't meet my expectations compared to the previous ones. Unfortunately, without the TV fixing kit, the stand is ineffective. I was hoping it would arrive today, but instead, we received a media fixing kit. According to an email, the TV fixing kit is out of stock for about four weeks and will be delivered 'later in the year'—a bit unclear, isn't it? So now the stand is collecting dust in the corner, along with the new TV still in its box. What kind of company offers stands without ensuring the necessary parts are available? It feels like poor management has compromised what used to be a quality product, leaving it completely useless. We won't be purchasing from this company again.

Vogel's motion stand - a costly lesson

I purchased the Vogel's motion stand, which ceased functioning after the two-year warranty. It’s a pricey item (around £800 in the UK). When I contacted customer care, I was informed that it was a sealed unit and could not be repaired, and unfortunately, it was out of warranty. After considerable back and forth, I’m pleased to report that the company ultimately replaced the item, which I greatly appreciate.

Disappointed with the fixed TV mount purchase

I bought a fixed TV mount, under the impression that the poster for drilling the first hole was included. However, I discovered that it must be ordered separately from the company's website, causing delays. I am quite disappointed.

Outstanding customer care!

I own a motion mount with a soundbar and subwoofer. After four years, and two years post-warranty, my soundbar malfunctioned. The product has been discontinued, leaving me unable to procure spare parts. I reached out to customer care and was assisted quickly in finding the necessary parts, which were sent to me promptly. Fantastic company experience

This company is fantastic. We received our ultra-thin TV bracket, but part ‘K’ was missing. Regardless of how it happened, their customer service was excellent! They responded immediately and sent a replacement. When the replacement got lost, they quickly sent out another one, which we have now received. Thank you for your help; the TV bracket is great. One small issue was with the instructions, which could be clearer for those less tech-savvy. Many thanks!
