According to an email, the TV fixing kit is out of stock for about four weeks and will be delivered 'later in the year'—a bit unclear, isn't it? So now the stand is collecting dust in the corner, along with the new TV still in its box. What kind of company offers stands without ensuring the necessary parts are available? It feels like poor management has compromised what used to be a quality product, leaving it completely useless. We won't be purchasing from this company again.
