Turns out i AM another unhappy customer. I bought a bakfiets in november 2023. After less than a month, bikeseat start to break dealer said that propably i dont know how to use it, and they cannot do nothing. So i started collecting bruises and scratches, and be afraid of using my bike. As we all know, it was malfunction...
Then around october my bike start to act weard, it was really difficoult to drive it. Guess what- frame was broken! Then in november vouge start sending emails, that they found few issues. Bike is no longer safe to use. But be happy, only FEW WEEKS and it will be solved. 9 months!!! 9 months for a family of 4, who dont have a car its a lot of lost money and time. They did not give any solution, other bike nothing.
Bike was good for few months. And now november 2025, guess what. It is not working again. I went to dealer, who after 2 tries refused to help me. Why? Because when he asked vouge what he should do, they answer him (go thru evry part untill you find the issue). So more money lost.
Contacted vouge, of course they are very sorry. Of course.
Now yesterday my bike should be picked up, i took day off, because they cannot determine the time, and guess what? Nobody came.
Overall- customer service is a joke. Not existing at all. Dealers do not want to work with this brand. So what else we can do?maybe it time for class action lawsuit?
