Questionable companyI make all my own curtains and called Voila Voile to make an enquiry with a view to ordering fabric. The call was answered from overseas. The operator had no knowledge of the fabrics listed on their corporate website or indeed the process of curtain make up. Concerned, I checked Voila Voiles reviews on Trustpilot, their listing on Companies House Gov.UK, and their stated business address on Streetview. This research did not give me the confidence to place an order, particularly when their projected delivery period is 3-4 weeks for a cut fabric lengthTheir website suggests they are based in the UK and that they are able to supply a wide range of appealing fabrics6 weeks on, I still haven't received the promised email answering my enquiry regarding something as simple as 'pattern match', one of the first things taught in dress/curtain making !!I placed my order with a competitor.
