The sample you receive may have been treated to stop it fraying. The material has not.

Update: I complained to Voila Voile about the quality of the material I received, they have carried out an investigation and have fully refunded the money I paid! First rate customer service. The material I received was the worst I have ever sewn with. The design was lovely but the quality of the fabric was dreadful, it didn't fray, it shredded, when handled or cut with pinking shears.

Outstanding customer service

I accidentally ordered the wrong drop due to a typo and they provided a replacement set of curtains for just the difference in price. That was really above and beyond normal customer service. I've had two sets of curtains from them now and both have been excellent quality and well made. Highly recommended!

most luxurious fabric & customer service

The curtains are so delicate and luxurious! Curtains are the prettiest shade of pastel cloud grey was exactly the way I had envisioned. I scoured the internet for a full there days before landing on Voila Voiles; the craftsmanship and customer service was just beyond. Thank you for ensuring the curtains arrived in a hasty manner for my event. They were lovely!! I cannot wait to order more curtains from Voila Voile for the other rooms.
