The customer service has worsened. I understand they had an influx of new customers, but their staffing issues shouldn't impact me. I’ve been dealing with a technical problem for days, and the live chat is just an AI repeating ineffective solutions. Tickets take longer than 24 hours to be addressed. This needs to improve, or I’ll have to search for another provider. Changing services is difficult, but the lack of support is too much to handle.
