We have been trying to set up this service for five months after switching from another provider. Yesterday, I attempted to reset my password, but it turned into a mess. The email link failed to copy the code correctly, and when I entered the proper code, the reset page only accepted 17 characters, while the code was 19. I encountered a 'Rate Limited' error when logging in, and after contacting customer service, they insisted the code worked, but it didn't across multiple browsers and devices. This has been a huge waste of time and energy—I'm done with them.
I transitioned from another service a few months ago and found the process to be very smooth. They were helpful in porting my numbers without any problems. Since then, I've had no issues and am much happier with their service compared to my previous provider. My only minor concern is that the platform looks outdated and can be a bit confusing to navigate, but after a few attempts, I figured it out. It’s a solid platform focused on performance rather than flashy interfaces. I would recommend this service to others.
I encountered too many issues. The service doesn't accept complex passwords, and I was blocked due to my travel location. Then, I had to unlock my account via email verification and also needed MFA through email. The ID verification didn’t work, and the live chat was just an ineffective bot. After 20 minutes of frustration, I decided to use another service. This was a significant waste of my time.
I spent some time adjusting the settings, but ultimately it didn’t work for me. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my balance since I missed the 90-day deadline, leaving me with money in an account I won't use. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
The customer service has worsened. I understand they had an influx of new customers, but their staffing issues shouldn't impact me. I’ve been dealing with a technical problem for days, and the live chat is just an AI repeating ineffective solutions. Tickets take longer than 24 hours to be addressed. This needs to improve, or I’ll have to search for another provider. Changing services is difficult, but the lack of support is too much to handle.
The customer support is the worst. There’s no contact number, no live chat, and no assistance available. I cannot resolve technical issues with my new account setup. I regret switching to this service; now I’m left without phone service and no guidance on what to do. They need to improve!
