It has been over 3 weeks since I ported my number (from Voipo.com) to voip.ms service, and the phone line is still not working. I have followed all your instructions, including router setup, multiple times, yet nothing works.I have repeatedly asked them to either fix the issue properly or refund my money, as it is unacceptable to keep my payment without providing a working service. Unfortunately, I have not received a real solution, only repeated links and instructions.This has become a nightmare.
