2 children almost knocked my toddler over in Cambridge in a shopping centre. The scooter was operated by 2 minors. Voi claims that nobody without a valid driving licence can rent one (clearly false!!). Voi also claims that their technology disabled the use of the scooters in pedestrian areas (also false!). Reported to police and complaint launched with Voi. Next step - Cambridge council.
