I am not happy, I have used the bike a few times before and was great! But I have used today and it said i cannot park where i parked due to too many bikes - prompting me to go back to where i picked it up! What is the point. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service as i could not speak to anyone and my only option was to go to the nearest parking bay. What is the point in a sustainable bike service if they make you take the bike back to where you picked it up and there is no leeway.
