Complete disaster – Avoid this airline! I am incredibly frustrated with my experience on a recent flight. What should have been a straightforward trip turned into an 11-hour delay nightmare. Here’s why you should avoid this airline: • Unhelpful & Rude Staff: The personnel at the airport were remarkably unfriendly and unaccommodating. Instead of offering solutions, they provided nothing but dismissive responses. • Misleading Justifications: They attributed the delay to "bad weather" to evade accountability, which is simply false. It’s a blatant tactic to deny passengers the compensation they rightfully deserve. • Complete Lack of Support: Throughout the 11-hour wait, we received no food or water. • Financial Setback: Because of this significant delay, we missed our hotel reservation and ferry connection. The airline shows no concern for the chaos they’ve created. The lack of professionalism and basic compassion from the staff is astonishing. Do yourself a favor and choose another airline.
