I strongly suggest allowing users to leave a zero-star review. This airline does not deserve even a single star; it should be rated at zero. Without exaggeration, this is the worst airline experience I've ever encountered. The company somehow manages to fall below the lowest standards of customer service. We had a confirmed ticket, arrived on time, and were met with a cold notification—without any apology or empathy—that the airline had downsized the plane, and we were left without seats. Just like that. No discussion, no remorse, no accountability. We were treated like disposable items rather than paying customers. They kept us waiting for hours, provided no solutions, and denied any compensation. No hotel, no reimbursements, no tax refunds—nothing. We lost money on accommodations, a rental car, and restaurant bookings, only to purchase a last-minute ticket with another airline at an exorbitant price due to their decision. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was rude, dismissive, and cold. Not a single apology or acknowledgment of the financial and emotional distress they caused. It felt as if the company culture revolves around apathy and evading responsibility. Flying with this airline is a gamble where the house always wins and the customer always loses. If you value your time, money, or basic human decency, avoid this airline. This was not mere incompetence; it was indifference, disrespect, and a total disregard for customers. I would not recommend this airline to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
