I've repeatedly faced challenges with the service, but this time it was beyond acceptable. The only reason I choose this option is due to limited flights to certain destinations. They really need to rethink their entire approach. Customer support is lacking; the representatives struggle with English and their Spanish has a unique accent that makes it difficult for someone familiar with standard Spanish to understand. I could write extensively about my negative experiences with them. If a senior manager or supervisor wishes to discuss this, I would be open to a conversation. They should have a reliable contact number for human responses, as their current virtual messaging system feels outdated and doesn't compare to what other companies offer.
