The app failed to allow me to check in, even though I had no luggage. This forced me to go to the counter. Initially, I was met with refusal from a rude staff member. Eventually, another employee assisted me after much insistence, but informed me that I would be put on standby with no guarantee of a spot on the flight. I questioned the situation, suspecting overbooking, but they insisted I had agreed to their terms. Thankfully, I managed to board, but I was told I would have to wait until the next day if I couldn’t. I have a connecting flight, and I'm seriously considering legal action. I strongly advise against using their service under any circumstances; this was my first and last experience with them.
