I like Vocom a lot - the clothes, the brand. The issue does not lie there, the issue is that if you order something from the official Volcom website, it takes forever for your goods to be sent to you, and you get little to no info from Volcom themselves. Not only was shipping 10€, which for a bunch of clothes is very steep, but on top of that I ordered my clothes over 2 weeks ago and nothing has moved despite me emailing the support team. In the initial email regarding my order, they stated "We will email you the tracking number in 2-4 days.". Yeah right. If you want to order Volcom clothes, avoid doing it directly via themStill no update regarding my clothes
