I have been purchasing from the company for several years now and have never encountered any issues with shipping or clothing quality. When I faced a problem with the return form, the support team was incredibly helpful and friendly. My winter jacket is fantastic and has held up very well. I can't even count how many t-shirts and hoodies I've bought over the years, but if I say around 50, I believe that's a fair estimate. The only frustrating aspect is that the homepage doesn't indicate whether the clothes are made of cotton or polyester, so you have to take a guess. It would be great to include that information in the specifications!
I've previously purchased a lot of clothing from this brand, but I'm really questioning what's happened. The quality of the fabrics seems to have declined significantly. The website appears to target a younger audience, and the models don't reflect the hardworking individuals who used to wear their workwear. It used to be durable and reliable, but now it feels cheap and not suited for real work. I won't be making any more purchases at these prices. Farewell.
I have bought a ton of Volcum clothing in the past. What happened!? Have they gone woke? Just ordered from them. The fabrics are cheap now. Look at the website. Are you selling to kids with no jobs. Greezy headed skinny models . The work clothes are not designed for the working man anymore.volcum workwear used to be durable. Now it's not durable and not for the working man. I will not be ordering from them again. At your prices... good bye
Terrible quality so tried to return. What a polava. They don't send QR code to make life easy. They want you to print a label. Who has a printer these days. I had to get a neighbour to donit for me and they only use dhl. So I had to drive 20 miles to drop it off only to be told the label won't work. Ive now had to spend £12 posting it back to France. Which I probably won't get back. The items I ordered were really poor quality, unlike my old Volcom stuff which is really good.. fingers crossed I get a refund !!!
Volcom has a trerrible website - it's super slow, so navigating takes ages (probably due to all the 'smart' but needless background videos(?))Many of the products lack basic info like type of material or style - I gave up looking for jeans, since basic info suck as style is apparently only available if you are willing to click (and wait!) four times and then scroll down to see specifications for each model - jeeeez!It's been like this for years, but life is simply too short...
I like Vocom a lot - the clothes, the brand. The issue does not lie there, the issue is that if you order something from the official Volcom website, it takes forever for your goods to be sent to you, and you get little to no info from Volcom themselves. Not only was shipping 10€, which for a bunch of clothes is very steep, but on top of that I ordered my clothes over 2 weeks ago and nothing has moved despite me emailing the support team. In the initial email regarding my order, they stated "We will email you the tracking number in 2-4 days.". Yeah right. I have purchased Volcom Clothing for several years including Jeans, T-Shirts, and Jackets, the quality has been fantastic. Recently I purchased four Volcom T- Shirts from a reputable Outlet in Melbourne. The quality of the T-Shirts is Very Very Bad. After the first wash they have stretched and now are very baggy and look washed up. Not sure if I will be purchasing Volcom products again.
I was not given a refund for the item that I returned. I bought a shirt in July 2024 and returned it in August 2024. In September 2024 I received an email that there was a delay in the returned item. I did not received any update from them since last year. Now(June 2025) I sent an email to ask about the refund but unfortunately they said they could not give a refund because they haven't received the item that I received and they said that they could refund me because the purchased was from last year. A company that doesn't refund. They will just take your money. I will not buy any Volcom brand anymore.
I have been purchasing volcom products for many years now and was elated to see that someone renewed the licenses to sell this clothing line in the US again. I’ve placed two orders with this company so far this year, each order that I have placed has had an issue on their end. In the first order, two of the five items I ordered came in a different fit, other than what is listed on their website. In fact, the fit they came in wasn’t even an option on their website. They got 40% of that order wrong. In the second order one of the shirts was mis-sized, it was a medium sized t-shirt that was labeled as a large. In this order, I had two other shirts that were using the exact same shirt blanks, same 50-50 blend, same modern fit, coming from the same country, the same everything except for the size, these shirts were actually large and were sized correctly, making it very obvious that the other shirt was a medium in disguise as a large. The problem is that their return service has no option for when they make a mistake, which they have clearly done on every single order that I’ve made so far this year with them. Their options for returns either penalize you financially or lock you into another order with possible new shipping charges. I don’t have the time to dispute every order I make, which is what I’ve had to do every time I’ve placed an order with this business. At this point I’m literally afraid to place any more orders with them, because I don’t know what I’m gonna get, and I don’t know what I’m going to have to go through for them to take accountability for their incompetence. Unfortunately I can’t no longer patronize this business because of this. I would suggest you look elsewhere for clothing.
