I have been purchasing volcom products for many years now and was elated to see that someone renewed the licenses to sell this clothing line in the US again. I’ve placed two orders with this company so far this year, each order that I have placed has had an issue on their end. In the first order, two of the five items I ordered came in a different fit, other than what is listed on their website. In fact, the fit they came in wasn’t even an option on their website. They got 40% of that order wrong. In the second order one of the shirts was mis-sized, it was a medium sized t-shirt that was labeled as a large. In this order, I had two other shirts that were using the exact same shirt blanks, same 50-50 blend, same modern fit, coming from the same country, the same everything except for the size, these shirts were actually large and were sized correctly, making it very obvious that the other shirt was a medium in disguise as a large. The problem is that their return service has no option for when they make a mistake, which they have clearly done on every single order that I’ve made so far this year with them. Their options for returns either penalize you financially or lock you into another order with possible new shipping charges. I don’t have the time to dispute every order I make, which is what I’ve had to do every time I’ve placed an order with this business. At this point I’m literally afraid to place any more orders with them, because I don’t know what I’m gonna get, and I don’t know what I’m going to have to go through for them to take accountability for their incompetence. Unfortunately I can’t no longer patronize this business because of this. I would suggest you look elsewhere for clothing.
