During my 72 years on this planet, I obviously have had to deal with many companies, some good and some bad. Unfortunately, Winn Volkswagen was one of the bad ones. We were hoping that this was going to be our new service provider for our Volkswagen ID.4 when dropped it off there for a couple of recall repairs and a service. It took longer than expected for the repairs to be completed and we finally picked up our car four days later. When they brought the car out, all of the wheels were stained what looked like white wash. The service agent took pictures of it and said he would contact his manager and get back to me not hearing from anybody for several days. I decided to have it cleaned by our auto detailer. I was eventually contacted by someone from the dealership who insured me that they would compensate me for the $75 that I paid for the detailing. Although this was many months ago, to date, I have not received any compensation for this inconvenience. Due to the experience, I doubt that I will go back to the dealer again.
