**Gunther Volkswagen of Delray — Sales Consultant : Mike Veloz**
After nearly a year of frustration dealing with Genesis and Hyundai, I finally found my way to Gunther Volkswagen of Delray — and it completely changed my perception of the automotive buying experience.
Most dealerships these days feel transactional and dismissive — the kind of places where you’re treated as a number on a spreadsheet rather than a valued customer. Calls don’t get returned, promises fall apart, and leadership feels absent. That could not be further from the experience I had at Gunther VW of Delray.
From the moment I met **Mike Veloz**, a fellow Chef and consummate professional, the entire experience shifted. Mike went out of his way to understand my goals, explore inventory options, and create straightforward solutions that aligned with every part of my objectives — no haggling, no games, just genuine transparency and collaboration.
He cross‑checked inventory across the market, verified what was available, and worked diligently and respectfully to bring everything together. His approach felt effortless, honest, and human. That kind of professionalism is rare in this industry.
The dealership itself is beautiful — modern, bright, and comfortable. It feels more like a boutique destination than a car showroom. The atmosphere matches the standard of premium brands like Audi + VW, which really distinguishes it in the market. Perception is vitally important at Hyundai also in Delray the customer actually enters an environment that feels like a dirty ashtray.
I was also a Volkswagen customer over 20 years ago at Gunther’s Coconut Creek location, and I can say this current experience exceeded even those good memories by miles.
From my test drive through the final victory lap, Mike and the team delivered an extraordinary level of service, communication, and attention to detail. If you’re considering a **Volkswagen or Volvo** in South Florida, especially near Delray, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Go See Mike Veloz Now And his VW team You will be happy that you did !!
**Thank you, Mike — you’ve set a new high standard for what the modern dealership experience should be.**

This was VW dealership in Overijse, Belgium.Event 1: disorganised:We had a tire puncture. So we replaced the wheel with the extra and gave it to vw to check out 3 months back. The guy said he'd call back and he never did.Additionally he never put anything in the file about taking the tire.Event 2:Rude and dismissive behaviour:When we asked for aid regarding this problem, the new employee on the desk tried her best to avoid communication. Despite the fact that we hadn't accused them of anything. The individual on the desk dealt with the situation in a rude manner with 0 willingness to help out. Ofcourse it's our fault for not keeping a record of it. But the review is of the customer service. The lack of empathy in communication. They are just pretty faces that hate customers. The dealers are worst than their cars. DONT BUY VW associated CARS THEY DESERVE BANKRUPTCY
During my 72 years on this planet, I obviously have had to deal with many companies, some good and some bad. Unfortunately, Winn Volkswagen was one of the bad ones. We were hoping that this was going to be our new service provider for our Volkswagen ID.4 when dropped it off there for a couple of recall repairs and a service. It took longer than expected for the repairs to be completed and we finally picked up our car four days later. When they brought the car out, all of the wheels were stained what looked like white wash. The service agent took pictures of it and said he would contact his manager and get back to me not hearing from anybody for several days. I decided to have it cleaned by our auto detailer. The service agent took pictures of it and said he would contact his manager and get back to me. I was eventually contacted by someone from the dealership who insured me that they would compensate me for the $75 that I paid for the detailing. Although this was many months ago, to date, I have not received any compensation for this inconvenience. Due to the experience, I doubt that I will go back to the dealer again.
Brand new Multivan T7 received two month ago; many problems and noises have appeared and shared with Dieteren & the VW dealer.Incredible situation, so many troubles for a so new and expensive vehicle... Dieteren does not answer to my messages... diagnostic of the transmission troubles is not yet completed...Is it really the new "Deutsch Quälitat"?The list of problem is very huge, I can detail if needed...
