Bought a Brand new car on 27/11/24 from VW Loughton they were so eager to get rid of the car they arranged delivery before the finance had been accepted i had to transfer my insurance from my old car to the new car when the finance had been accepted transfer it from the old car back to the new car again which i was charged twice for and never reimbursed from VW. 2 weeks later on 12/12/24 & 13/12/24 i get a lighting fault on my indicator, a lead had to be changed, on 13/01/25 same issue. Called VW 13/1/25 left a message for a call back and sent an email and photos of the faults displaying on the dashboard nobody has bothered to call me back. Poor Customer Service VW Loughton I have advised that I wanted to reject the car on 19/12/24 but now i will have to contact the TMO as they have attempted to fix 3 times now twice by VW Assist roadside assistance and once at VW Dealership
