I wandered around the showroom, clearly interested in their vehicles, yet not one staff member acknowledged my presence. I was genuinely looking to buy a car that day, but it was as if I was invisible.The lack of customer service was glaring and unacceptable. A visit to a car dealership should be met with attentive and helpful staff, but my experience was the complete opposite. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored when you're ready to make a significant purchase.I left the dealership feeling extremely let down and took my business elsewhere. If you're looking for a new car, I recommend avoiding VW of Cannon Park in Middlesbrough. The complete absence of customer service makes the experience incredibly frustrating and a waste of time.
