Horrible service, I bought what I thought was a flight that included a small bag in the cabin (not even the carry-on, the personal object). Their fees are completely misleading. Two days before my flight I noticed it didn't include a bag so I tried to purchase it through their website, but the site didn't allow me to. The day of the flight they charged me twice the value of the bag at the airport, and they were incredibly rude and dismissive about it.
