While delays are common, this delay was caused by an airport strike that had been long publicized and known to VOLOTEA. So why didn't this flight anticipate the delay and give passengers advice and send email advisories. There was no reason for not communicating this.

Frequent Delays Experienced

I took about four flights with the service, and each time I encountered delays, with the plane never arriving as scheduled. On two occasions, the delays exceeded 2.5 hours. If you're looking for a budget option, it might work, but if timely arrival is important to you, I would advise against it.

Surpassed my expectations for a budget airline. The flight was smooth and well-organized, with attentive and courteous cabin crew. While the aircraft wasn't brand new, it was clean, organized, and well-maintained. If you're seeking a reliable way to travel from point A to point B at a reasonable price, this airline is an excellent choice.
