Volotea is the worst symbol of corporate BS.
Two flights cancelled, on my way in to Corsica, on my way out. Volotea refused to compensate for any. They also reduced my claim for costs from 400 euros to 130euros. Then they said since the payment is an international transaction (lol) it would take up to 10 weeks to go through, 13 weeks later I still haven't received anything.
