I purchased a used grinder described as being in very good condition, only missing a hopper. Upon receiving it, I found the burrs were damaged, and a crucial safety pin was missing. It took three days for customer service to respond and they requested photos. Eventually, I was told I could either return the grinder for a refund minus shipping or buy new burrs for a steep price. A good grinder shouldn't have such issues. I had a much better experience with a different seller.
