My machine was shipped incorrectly without the accessories I paid for. My sales advisor was dismissive and assured me he would resolve the issue. Additionally, the pricing was unclear, as the same machine was listed for less elsewhere. My attempts to get clarification received no follow-up. After several attempts to communicate, I received no callbacks, and my last email requesting management assistance went unanswered. It's been a frustrating experience and I would prefer a refund at this point.
